Problem
Currently ability for potential customers to request an insurance quote from First Tech is limited and does not integrate with our member 360.
Objectives
In order to increase offering of insurance by front line staff to members and increase ease of use for customers and members insurance services has requested integration with the PEGA platform and Avoka.
