My name is Akhila Bashaboina, and I’m a User Experience Designer based in California. With a Business Administration background, My interest in Human Behaviour and Human-Centered solutions has motivated me to make the switch to the UX Field. I’ve always been an enthusiast of Human Experiences with the current technology. I’m a relentless problem solver with an insistent curiosity who can’t help but analyze everything I see.
I have strong Analytic and Strategic thinking skills and apply these in solving complex problems and understanding Business Requirements. Designing consists of actual science to it. It’s about data, research, human motivation, and human empathy. I combine my strengths to develop my ever-expanding creative toolbox, ranging from an eye for aesthetics to Design thinking. I strive to take every opportunity to grow through teammates, industry Events, and Online Resources. I’m on a journey to become the best at what I do. Along the way, I hope to work with amazing people and build invaluable Experiences.
Outside of work, I often found myself organizing my house for the millionth time, experimenting with new recipes, and watching a whole lot of horror movies.
